Как видно разобрать просто так не получиться.

Вот в этой контрукции отверстия с задирами, поэтому дроссель не полностью садился на уплотнитель и был небольшой подсос. Определил когда на заведенном двигателе рукой закрыл впускное отверстие, двигатель не заглох. Стачил задиры, повторил опыт, двигатель заглох, на ладоне остался "засос"...

Еще один парадокс... Два уплотнителя. Маленький зеленый стоит 2300 руб. Большой красный 700 руб. К обязательной замене большой согласно руков. по ремонту. Купил только большой, но после осмотра решил ничего не менять, оба в отличном состоянии, наверно благодаря задирам. Оставил новый до лучших времен.

Итог после сборки - все заработало, обороты держит хорошо, когда включаешь кондиционер, двигатель не глохнет и даже не замечает его включение. Единственный косяк, надо опять подключачать can clip и потренировать дроссель, без прибора не очень точно получилось. Но это поеду в сервис делать позже, после замены масла и свечей.
